Returns Policy

At The Light House we understand that from time to time you may not be entirely happy with the items that you have received.

Our Returns policy is simple, we will accept returns in the following events where:

(if returned within 28 days of dispatch)The product must be in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

(if returned within the manufacturer's warranty period). The product will be subject to inspection upon return to our store.

A replacement product may be sent to you or we will issue you with a full refund. This decision is solely at the discretion of Wesco Electrical Ltd.

If we are notified within 3 days of you receiving the goods and the goods are returned to us within 28 days of dispatch

(if we are notified within 3 days of you receiving the goods).

1. Put the goods (along with the completed returns form) in to the original packaging.
